That's an interesting point. I guess my point was more forcing people to do so. But yes, I totally agree with you and sounds like you have a great workplace culture! I'd like to work there haha!

It is sad that some of this has to be mentioned, but it does! The leadership deficit today sometimes requiring just restating the obvious! I'd have to look at the stat but somethign like 75% of people say their boss is the worst part of their job and much of that is for avoidable reasons. Thanks for reading and commenting Lane!
