Excellent article. One more that worked for me (as you said we are all different) is finding a low dose med that worked BUT sticking through all the horrible ones until I found it. Ie sticking with getting help is key if you choose to seek help. Can’t give up after one or two things don’t work. Anyway, great article. Really enjoy your work. Keep it up!
